Torn Asunder

Torn Asunder is a bar in Las Vegas that Korbin's Killers frequented, to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. They made it an integral part of their activities, using it to celebrate both life and death. Whenever a new team member comes aboard, they are taken to Torn Asunder, and introduced by being in a bar fight, to membership in the team, and what they might begin to expect (violence in their life). In fact, the furniture had been ruined so many times that it was not replaced, just held together with tape, ready for the next fight. Whenever, (at least Quarterly) there is a large demon fight, and members of their or other teams are killed, they go to the bar to remember them, and Katie, as MC for the operation, reads her Ode, Elegy, whatever they called it, to commemorate their lives and their deaths. Then as they did this early in the evening, they partied in celebration of life and the continuance of their activities.

PBTD 02/8 Damian tells of his first time there. “So you did your job, in a way,” Katie said, nodding. “I am seriously impressed with your willingness to use your face to stop punches in an effort to save souls.”“Thank you,” Damian said, shaking his head and taking a sip of his beer. “It was one of my more interesting priestly achievements.” And as Calvin remarks, “And that, guys, is how you sum up Korbin’s Killers.”
